What I’ve Been Watching
I have had an insatiable appetite for videos and books on histamine intolerance, gut health, food sensitivities, the mind-body connection, and more. Over the last couple of months I have been exposed to a wide range of experts on these topics, that I believe have really helped me to progress in my journey to optimal health. I am a firm believer that awareness is the beginning of transformation. Here are 5 videos I’ve watched recently that have helped me to better understand my symptoms. Remember symptoms are designed to alert you of problems within the body, so what is your body trying to tell you?
Reminder: Keeping a positive outlook is essential to the success of your health journey. It is very easy to become discouraged because it can feel like you take 1 step forward to be pushed 12 steps back. The tips and information in these videos can help you stay on the right track even when you feel like you are derailing.
